This is a touching short story in which a boy learns the value of a true Christmas gift. Written in a charming and funny voice, it makes a nice bedtime story to read to your kids. We're looking forward to reading more about Jake, Frank, and Paranormal Properties!

Cute story with some fun twists. Recommend this as a great story to share with kids for Halloween as it is a good blend of scary and humorous. Looking forward to reading her upcoming book Paranormal Properties. It should be a winner!

I really enjoyed this spooky/funny story about a boy who can talk to ghosts, and what happens when his "best" friend "tricks" him on Halloween night! Great middle grade/YA story for Halloween or anytime of year...
